Return & Exchange Policy – Mavi Fashions

1. Return & Exchange Window

You may return or exchange most products purchased from Mavi Fashions within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return/exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, packaging and accessories must be intact
  • Products should be in the same state as received Myntra+1

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain products may not be returnable or exchangeable due to hygiene or nature of the item (e.g., intimates, swimwear, socks, accessories, or items marked Final Sale). Please check the item page at the time of purchase for return eligibility. Scribd

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange:

  1. Log in to your Mavi Fashions account
  2. Go to “My Orders”
  3. Select the item you wish to return/exchange
  4. Choose a reason from the return reasons list
  5. Submit your return/exchange request

4. Return Shipping Options

We offer:

a) Free Pickup:
A courier partner will collect the item from your address once the return request is approved.

b) Self-Ship:
You may choose to return the item yourself via a reliable courier. Shipping costs may be reimbursed only if eligibility criteria are met and proof of shipment is provided. packmyntra.in

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for:

  • Size change
  • Similar product (if available)

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your exchange product has a higher value, you may be charged the price difference; if it is lower, you will receive a refund of the balance. amindfulmigration.com

6. Quality Check & Approval

Returned items undergo a quality inspection after pickup. If goods pass the inspection, your return/exchange will be processed. If a product fails the quality check, it may be returned to you at our discretion. packmyntra.in

7. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • It may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment partner

8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it is shipped by going to the “My Orders” section and tapping Cancel. If the order is already shipped, please wait for delivery and then initiate a return. Status Check
